METROPOLMED CONTRACT TERMS
Important
- To benefit from our promotional prices, payment must be made in cash.
- The validity of the price offer is until the specified date.
- After the specified offer period, price increases may occur. If you do not make a reservation within the specified offer period, you may lose your right to this discount. To avoid being affected by price increases, you can secure the special offer by making a deposit, even if the exact date is not yet defined.
- A deposit of €200 to €500 (10% of the package price) is required to make a reservation. This amount will be deducted from the total cost.
- If the deposit is paid, the price offer will remain valid for 6 months.
Payment Information
- You can request a refund for your deposit up to 15 days before your treatment date. Unfortunately, within the last 15 days, we are unable to provide a refund due to hotel and hospital reservations made on your behalf for cancelled appointments.
- For special reasons, you are allowed to reschedule your treatment just once, up to 15 days before your original date.
Free Services
- Face to face consultation and physical examinations with your surgeon before the operation.
- If necessary, pre-operative tests and a PCR test will be conducted upon your arrival.
- Surgery in a fully equipped private hospital, approved by the Ministry of Health as an A+ facility.
- Consultation with the anesthesiologist.
- Instructions for post-surgery control and care.
- Final consultation with the surgeon before your departure.
- Post-operative travel certificate.
- Private hospital room for you and your companion. Includes meals at the hospital.
- Accommodation in luxury and comfortable hotels. Buffet breakfast included.
- VIP transfer service from the airport to the hotel and hospital.
- Guidance through a WhatsApp support group specifically created for you. Starts with the reservation and continues for 1 year after the surgery.
- Follow-up conducted by our Postoperative Coordinator after your departure.
- The first set of medical clothing and compression stockings are provided.
- Daily follow-up by the Patient Experience Team.
Terms and Conditions
- This contract regulates medical tourism in Turkey and establishes the necessary services in this context, such as medical companions, hospital, accommodation, travel, and transportation, provided by Metropolmed as an intermediary company according to the patient’s request; it regulates the price of these services and the payment principles, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.
- The remaining payment for all arrangements subject to the intermediary service must be made to Metropolmed until the day of the operation. The patient accepts, declares, and commits that no refund will be made if the service is not used or if they do not show up on the agreed dates/times, or if they do not fulfill the obligations arising from this contract.
- Regarding Credit Card Payments and Online Payments: It is recommended to make the payment in cash to benefit from our promotional prices. If you make the payment by credit card or through online payment channels, you will not be able to benefit from the promotional prices in cash. Your bank may apply corresponding bank transaction charges for payments made by credit card or online. Make sure your card allows international payments.
- Additional fees for additional consultations and additional tests are not included. Surgical packages only include one companion at the hotel and hospital. The cost of any additional service beyond the scope of the type of accommodation specified in the contract must be paid in cash by the patient at the time of hotel check-out. Metropolmed reserves the right to make any adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances (health, natural disasters, epidemics, etc.). In such cases, the approval of the reservation holder is not required, and they do not have the right to cancel or request compensation.
