What's included
Every Metropolmed package includes private transfers for your whole stay. You are met at arrivals, driven to your hotel, taken to and from every clinic appointment, and returned to the airport for your flight home.
The service is private, so you do not share the car with other passengers. Drivers are part of the Metropolmed patient team and coordinate with your personal coordinator, so timings follow your treatment plan rather than a fixed schedule.
Your coordinator shares the driver's name and phone number before you travel, and you can message them directly if anything changes. If you need extra stops, such as a pharmacy on the way back from the clinic, just ask.

How it works step by step
Arranging your transfer starts as soon as your treatment date is confirmed. Your coordinator asks for your flight details and confirms everything before you travel.
Your hotel, VIP transfer and medical interpreter are all arranged before you land, so there is nothing to book on arrival.

For companions
Companions travel with you at no extra charge on all included transfers. Many patients bring a partner, relative or friend, and we plan the vehicle around your group and luggage.
If your companion arrives on a different flight, tell your coordinator in advance and we will discuss how best to arrange their pick-up. Families travelling with young children can ask for a child seat when booking.
On the way home, the driver collects everyone together from the hotel, so your group reaches the airport at the same time. Companions are also welcome to ride along to clinic appointments, which many patients find reassuring on treatment day.
